About NCP

The objective of the Lithuanian National Contact Point is to increase the efficiency of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (hereinafter – the Guidelines) based on the principles of clarity, accessibility, transparency and accountability and to mediate in addressing problems and settling disputes between multinational enterprises and stakeholders as specified in the Guidelines.
